Reiki & Energy Masterclass - £40
The Reiki & Energy Masterclass is an experiential gathering combining a training and circle where we explore how energy, emotion and the nervous system work in real life – not just in theory. You’ll be guided through simple practices, self‑healing techniques, reiki principles, visualisation and gentle group processes and open discussion to feel more grounded, clear and resourced in your everyday world.
The Masterclass covers fundamental practices for inner peace and balance, but also has dedicated themes based on what common issues and blockages current clients and colleagues are dealing with – such as boundaries, overwhelm, intuition or receiving. The workshop blends teaching, reflection and live energy work. You’ll take home practical tools that you can use straight away, and the calm, steady feeling that comes from being in a room with others who “get it”.
Usui Reiki training at the Riverside retreat
For some people, receiving Reiki is enough. For others, there comes a moment where you feel the pull to learn it for yourself – to have a tool you can use every day, and to support yourself and others in a deeper way.
That’s what my Reiki trainings at Riverside retreat space are for. They’re small, grounded, heart‐led days where you:
- Learn to practise Usui Reiki
- Gain Level 1 and Level 2 certifications
- Connect with other practitioners and a like-minded community
- Have space to rest, integrate and listen to your inner compass

Reiki Level 1 - £175
Self‐heal, balance your chakras and align your connection and consciousness to Reiki energy
In this level you will:
- Learn the foundations of Reiki and how it works
- Receive your attunement to channel Reiki for yourself
- Practise hand positions to treat yourself, family and friends
- Explore how to use Reiki for grounding, emotional balance and everyday calm
- Gain a personal certificate
You leave with a skill you can use every day to harmonise your energy, balance your system, clear stress and support your own healing, lifestyle and environment.
Reiki Level 2 - £225
Deepen your connection with the energy and open the door to sharing Reiki with others
In this level you will:
- Learn and work with the Reiki symbols
- Explore how to offer Reiki sessions safely to others
- Support emotional and mental healing with Reiki
- Learn distance Reiki techniques
- Build confidence if you feel called to offer Reiki professionally
- Gain a certificate to become a Reiki practitioner
You leave feeling more in touch with your intuition, more attuned and connected to life force energy, and better equipped to support loved ones or clients.
How the trainings run
Trainings are held at my Riverside retreat space in Enfield. I keep groups small so everyone has space to ask questions, practise and be well supported. The day is a mix of teachings, practice for embodied learning, rest, nature and quiet reflection.
You’re not rushed. It’s very hands‐on – with self‐healing techniques, group practice shares and Reiki meditations.
We keep the trainings intimate so you can fully integrate the learning and the experience.
You’re nourished in an a small group setting, time by the river or in the woodlands, with space to let the attunements really land in your body.
Online Reiki Training - £150
For those who can’t easily travel, I also offer an online version of Reiki Level 1 and 2. We cover the same foundations, symbols and self‑healing practices via live Zoom sessions, with space for questions and guided practice. To receive a full practitioner certificate and recognised by insurers, you will need to complete at least one in person initiation and practice of approx 6-8 hours, but the online training gives you a powerful, flexible way to get the ball rolling and begin or deepen your existing healing or reiki journey from home.
Ongoing Circles & Support - £20
After training, you’re invited to join Reiki circles at the retreat space. This gives you somewhere to:
- Keep your practice alive
- Receive healing as well as give it
- Stay connected to others on a similar path
You don’t leave with just a certificate. You leave with a community and a place to return to.
