Meet Sara Pettigrew – Your Guide to Healing & Transformation
I am Sara Pettigrew, a dedicated Reiki Master Teacher, NLP Coach, and Holistic Massage Therapist. My journey into the realm of energy healing began from a deeply personal place—battling anxiety and depression, alongside navigating the challenges presented by my daughter’s diagnosis of Asperger’s and an anxiety disorder in 2009. These experiences highlighted the dire need for effective, accessible healing practices, especially when conventional methods offered little relief and came with burdensome waitlists and travel demands.
Faced with the critical situation of my daughter’s eating disorder and her reluctance to venture outside, the urgency to find alternative solutions became paramount. This pursuit led me to the transformative world of holistic health,
where not only did I find the tools to support my daughter and myself, but it also marked the beginning of a profound personal and professional transformation.
The turning point for us was a Reiki retreat in Glastonbury, where we both became certified practitioners. My commitment to this path continued to deepen, culminating in my becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and a Holistic Health Coach. Today, I celebrate not just the overcoming of my own struggles with addiction and mental health but also my daughter’s journey to independence, well-being, and creativity in her own right.
