After experiencing the challenges of being involved in a high-control cult in 2009, I embarked on a profound spiritual quest to discover my purpose and reclaim my life. Struggling with depression, addictions, and the demands of raising my daughter—who has Asperger’s and an eating disorder—as a single mum with little support, I sought tools that would truly transform me from within.
Discovering Reiki was a turning point; it became the foundation of my spirital growth. Since then, I have trained extensively in Reiki, aromatherapy massage, crystal therapy, hypnosis, and life coaching. Most recently, my advanced training in Space Holding—a heart-centred, ego-free practice—has deepened my ability to hold space with compassion and presence.
I now dedicate my work to supporting stressed professionals in London who feel overwhelmed by city life, drained of energy, or out of sync. Through my holistic approach, combining harmonic essence (Reiki), aroma bliss (aromatherapy massage), crystal resonance with tuning forks, and spiritual alignment tools, I help you restore balance to your mind, body, and energy.
